RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ('Global Radio') general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at www.heart.co.uk/termsandconditions apply to the ‘Heart Bingo’ radio competition ('the Competition') which will run from Monday 28th January to Thursday 31st January 2013 (“the Duration”). The 'Radio Station' is Heart Network.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the ON AIR Competition:
1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”).
2. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
3. The presenter/s will read out 3 x randomly selected numbers. Listeners that have all three of these numbers in their mobile phone will be invited to text the word ‘Bingo’ followed by their name to the text message line. The numbers can appear in their phone number in any order. Entrants must text the station from the phone that has the winning mobile phone number.
4. An eligible entrant will be selected at random to win the prize. They will be taken to air to be awarded their prize.
5. All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If entrants fail to answer their phone, answer their phone but fail to be available shortly thereafter to record a call, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random. If the caller is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected.
Eligibility:
To enter the competition the Entrant must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
Prize:
Monday – Thursday Daily Prize - £500 cash.
Prize Terms and Conditions
A cheque for £500 will be sent within 28 days to the winner by a member of Global Radio.
